In this way, a contingency plan adapted to the reality of each of the Hotels was implemented, which aims, firstly, at guaranteeing the safety of our workers and, secondly, the continuity of our activity in order to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers and guests.
In that regard, it will be essential to adopt measures and procedures to prevent and limit the risk of spreading the Coronavirus COVID-19, which will cause some changes to the normal relationship between our hotels and customers, including limits on circulation and contact. Although they may bring some inconvenience, these changes will be temporary and aim at the health of us all, so we appeal to your best understanding on this matter.
We are certain that we can count on our customers’ collaboration so that, together, we can guide our behavior through caution and strict compliance with official guidelines, in order to return to normality, as soon as possible.

Service and Schedule Changes
Following the latest events arising from the mitigation measures for the Coronavirus COVID-19, we inform our customers and partners that the hotels of the Azoris Hotels & Leisure Group are accepting reservations, safeguarding the possibility of restrictions on the circulation in the territory by governmental decision. In this case, online reservations made after the 17th of March 2020, for stays until the 31st of May 2020, can be changed (subject to the rate adjustment of the season, if applicable) or fully refunded.
